I purchased this product prior to the Dr. Oz launch and have been taking it now for a little over two months. The first month I only lost 4lbs, but I did notice that I felt better overall and my energy level as a whole was up. This month I started watching what I ate and started working out twice a week and I have lost almost 12 lbs. I'm not ready to say that this is the Oz miracle product just yet, but I am truly happy with my results so far. I'm actually little bummed that Oz started talking about it because now everyone is on back order. Maybe I should be telling people its not any good so there will be more for myself..LOL
