We have a tough time watching our weight - mostly due to portion control. So when we saw these portion control devices, we were excited to think that this might be an easy way to cut down on our eating. Well, we used them once. The problem is they don't sit flat on your plate unless you use a really large plate. So I don't know how accurate they are. And we've gone to using smaller plates with effectively makes you eat less because there's less room on the plate. So, in my opinion, this was a waste of money. Just use a measuring cup.

I came back to buy another bottle but they are currently out of stock. Figure I'll right a review while I'm here. Keep in mind I went on a low carb paleo diet as I started taking the pills so I'm not sure what was directly caused by the candida complex. The pills went down easy and within a few days I noticed changes. The main ones were the feeling of movement under my skin, mostly in my extremities (this was creepy). Although it was uncomfortable, I was excited because I new something was working. The second noticeable thing that happened was my stools changed. I googled "candida/parasite cleanse stool" and I was right on target with the pictures. The down side is that I was not regular with it. My skin broke out, in strange places I might add, but I new my body was detoxing in a new way.

I am a big review reader and can always tell when the same person is writing many reviews. On this product the person writing fake reviews has the same bad habits.
