My daughter started taking this mostly because she understood you didn't have to exercise to lose weight while taking it and she wanted to get the baby weight off. I told her she could make better food choices instead of taking a supplement.

She told me she doesn't have time to make better food choices and that is why she is taking it. Well she lost 15 pounds fairly quick, which in all honesty surprised me.
