Ok I was actually terrified to use this product initially. The first thing I thought is the obvious... abdominal cramping and discomfort. Thankfully I can report that this was not the case for me. I admit I tried one capsule 1st to make sure I was not going to have a bad reaction then when I took 2 caps as directed I waited a day in between to make sure again that it was not going to bother me or be too strong. I was happy to say that I was fine with both. In the past I have had a really bad abdominal cramping and just could not tolerate it. This has been great and I feel great! I will continue to use it and am hoping for some help with my future weight loss with my exercise program.
