I always thought that ensures were for sick and old people but I was definitely wrong. I'm 23 and I keep these on the shelf for the days when I'm too busy to cook. I've read all of the good stuff about yacon root syrup, so I was excited to try this. Man, this is good. It doesn't taste like chocolate the way I had heard but has almost a slight anise flavor mixed with a brown sugar and or black strap molasses flavor. Whatever the flavor, it is delicious.



I am taking this a teaspoon at a time before meals like that crazy Dr. Oz said to do...but I've tried raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, and a host of his other recommendations. The truth is no matter what he suggests, nothing works when combined with a large pepperoni and sausage pan crust.
