I started taking Garcinia about 3-4 months ago when I realized I the fat burner I was taking before didn’t work for me anymore. I take fat burners before my workout and have seen great results but it only lasted a month. I suggest if you are serious about weight loss to alternate your supplements. Right now I alternate between shredz fat burner for women and garcinia.

As other reviewers have stated, this product has a ridiculously small number of servings per container, HOWEVER....that's because it's not just a protein powder. As I was reading through these reviews, comparing this product to their regular raw protein, I just couldn't believe that no one was discussing that the elevation in price, compared to number of servings was due to the fact that this product is enhanced with green coffee bean extract (which, in itself, is a VERY expensive health & weight-loss supplement) as well as Ashwaganda, which promotes immune-system health, curbs the production of cortisol (stress-related cravings, anyone?) and enhances your feeling of fullness, so you aren't looking to snack soon after drinking your shake. The flavor itself is worth the five star rating, compared to their regular protein powder flavor, which I normally have to cover up by blending with fruit (added sugar = huge enemy of weight loss, even though it's natural). I have been absolutely AMAZED and grateful for how satisfied I feel throughout the day, just by drinking two of these shakes, and having one regular meal. To me, it was a God-send...truly. I have been through so many weight loss supplement that I've lost count. I have health issues where losing weight and keeping it off is a major battle. I find a product, right a favorable review because I've seen great results...then I plateau and my clothes size remains the same. After doing numerous internet searches I did find out that if you are going to try to the Garcinia you can't purchase ones that have the Calcium/Chromium in the ingredients or it won't work. Calcium competes for absorption so you won't get the correct amount of Garcinia. Chromium and Calcium have benefits in their own right but don't belong in this if you want to lose inches. Now I haven't seen the scale come down so to speak but I have lost a least a pant size with the use of this one bottle. I take it faithfully every day, I have no side effects and I do minimal exercise. Now I'm sure I'd lose more if I did but having health issues I need to be careful as to how much activity I actually do. No I don't sit on the couch but I'm no athlete either. This brand has given me back what I thought I'd never have again, self esteem. I continue to lose inches, slow sure but I don't want it too fast either or it will come right back. At 34 years old, 195 lbs, I usually fluctuate between 11% and 14% body fat. I’ve been using this primarily to support my lower-back when I work out, as well as give me the abdominal support needed to do some of the workout routines I’m trying to lose weight. I’m not entirely sure if this product is the route reason why I’m losing weight, but I can feel a difference when wearing it, and it gives me some added heat around my abdomen that I think helps me lose weight. I’m not exactly sure how it claims to increase circulation, but I’ve been reading about how it works and it seems to have a lot to do with your perception of how to stand, sit, and workout when wearing it. I always thought that ensures were for sick and old people but I was definitely wrong. I'm 23 and I keep these on the shelf for the days when I'm too busy to cook.
