I'm a personal trainer and I started having one scoop every morning. I lost weight in just one week without changing anything else in my daily activity or diet. Granted, I didn't want to lose weight as I am already pretty thin, but it curbed my appetite so much that I didn't feel hungry for hours! I've also used Raw Meal and Raw Protein, neither of which had the appetite suppressing effect of this product. Raw Fit mixed with unsweetened almond milk it is very palatable.
