I give this belt 5 stars because this is the 1st sauna belt that didn't irritate my skin. My waist is naturally small but I was able to wrap it around a few times and secure it without damaging my skin. I took it off after only 30 minutes of exercise and was amazed by the water weight reduction. If you are serious about loosing water weight in the mid section I recommend this, just remember nothing works unless you do. I initially had a problem with shipping due to thieves and poor service in the Killeen Texas area 76541 but Amazon has an amazing customer service team. I love this belt!
