My husband and I decided to give both the Pure Garcinia Cambogia and Forskolin Coleus a try. We read that a lot of people had great results when they combined the two together. We have been eating a Paleo diet mostly for over a year now, but despite that, we both have a lot of stubborn weight to lose. We both also started a modest exercise program (yoga and walking) right before adding in the supplements.
