I don't typically write reviews. But on this product I am.

I am an Amazon customer and buy a lot from this site.

When I started looking for appetite suppressants I found this one. Because the cost wasn't too high I figured I would give it a try.

I am in my 40s and have continuously worked out and simply cannot drop a pound! I figured out that as I was working out I also was more hungry, so, no weight loss!

I used this product for energy and appetite control and it performed very well for both!

I am steadily dropping weight each week. Healthy weight, 1-2 lbs a week.

This product makes me "think" before I eat. Mindful eating instead of mindless (robotic) eating.

I love it and will continue to use it until I get down 20 lbs which is my "Happy" weight! :)
