CUSTOMER REVIEW
I've been dieting for several weeks now, losing about 0.5 to 1 pound per week, and I recently decided to add a fat burner to see if it could speed up the process.
I chose Super HD because it seems to be one of the more popular options on the market, and while others have noted it seems to be very stim-heavy, I wasn't too concerned. I've been consuming anywhere from 200 to 400 mg of caffeine daily for years now so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal.
Well, I was wrong. Unfortunately I could only use the product for about a week before having to stop because I was just too wired for several hours and would then experience more "crash" than I was comfortable with.
That said, it may still be a good fat loss product. Considering how I felt, I'm sure my metabolism was elevated and many customers that haven't experienced the stim highs and lows noticed fat loss benefits. I just wasn't able to use it long enough to know one way or another.
I've since switched to a caffeine-free fat burner that I'm loving: LEGION Phoenix Fat Burner Supplement I've noticed an increase in weekly fat loss since starting it (I keep a spreadsheet), it's basically stim-free (synephrine is the only stimulant and it's very mild), which means I don't have to cut back on my coffee and pre-workout, and each of the ingredients are backed by high-quality scientific research that anyone can review on a Website like PubMed (and I did).
Anyway, the bottom line is if you don't do well with stims, Super HD probably won't be for you. If you do, however, and don't mind the additional caffeine, it may be just right.
